This past Friday was a very hot and exhausting day in Philadelphia but it was well worth it! Elliott had a talk with Yvette Young outside of the PhilaMOCA music venue before her show with her band Covet and she even played her guitar for him to show off her finger-tapping skills.
In this interview, Yvette talks about how music helped her from getting out of depression to feeling empowered by teaching herself how to play the guitar. She is an absolutely incredible player and very humble, as she mentions during the discussion that she needs a few more years to get to where she wants to be.
