Today I’ll be talking about bands that you should be supporting/listening to while quarantined! I’m only gonna include 3 of the bands I talked about in the video. Let’s get into it!
The first band I’m going to be talking about is Archspire! Archspire is an awesome tech-metal band from Vancouver, British Columbia. Archspire has quickly become one of my personal favorite bands as a whole because of their crazy guitar riffs, vocals and songwriting. Their latest album “Relentless Mutation” is my favorite and if you haven’t heard it yet, LISTEN TO IT NOW!! Also go to the Season of Mist website and support metal music by getting some merch/vinyl! I had to include Power Trip. I’ve talked about them in the past and I had the chance to interview Riley Gale. He was a super cool, down to Earth dude. The album I included is their Nightmare Logic album. This album has become one of my favorite albums in general. Pure thrash metal! This is the perfect album to listen to when you want to punch somebody in the face!
Abbath’s “Oustrider” is a perfect album to listen to when you want to get away from all the chaos in this world. It sounds like you accidentally stumbled upon a heavy metal sacrifice. Especially with Abbath’s growls from hell. Abbath also just so happens to be on Season of Mist as well! Abbath just recently had to postpone their tour. We wanted to go see them and maybe possibly interview Abbath himself. That sucks for Abbath because they’re overseas as well!
The main reason why I made this video and blog is because Metal needs us as much as possible right now. We need the positivity as much as possible! So please stay positive, stay healthy, stay safe, AND STAY METAL!!! Thank you for reading this and I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day!
