Life has been good and the past few days we did a lot of cool stuff that I thought would be cool to share. Let’s get into it!!
First thing I want to talk about is the King Woman interview!! Kris Esfandiari was super nice and even gave me a couple records for me to spin at home! This was actually the first in-person interview I’ve done in a while and I’m so thankful that it was with someone super cool like Kris!! King Woman’s new album “Celestial Blues” is beyond incredible and if you watched me and my dad’s review of it, you know how excited we are about the album!! The interview itself was fun and we had a great discussion about being a loner, Celestial Blues and more!! (Link to the video below)
Monster Mania was very fun as well!! This was our first big con since the pandemic and it kind of felt like a reunion with all of our friends. There was a Terrifier booth there and Damien, Lauren LaVera, George, Scott and I were all hanging out and meeting fans. It was definitely pretty surreal and cool seeing a some Terrifier fans in person!!
My Mom also did really well at the Little Punk People booth and we might’ve had our best weekend at Monster Mania yet! Monster Mania was such a fun experience and I will certainly cherish all of the memories I spent with my family, meeting some of my personal heroes, checking out all of the cool horror art and hanging out with friends.
