Terrifier 2, What’s Wrong Album and NEW EP

This Fall season has been life changing for me. I released an album, an EP, signed with the Kill Rock Stars record label, played my very first show, and Terrifier 2 came out!! Let’s talk about it!!

So my main goal when I turned 17 years old was to release an album before I turned 18. September 2nd, 2022 (my 18th birthday) I released “What’s Wrong”!! The entire album was recorded on my laptop using Logic Pro and a Focusrite interface and then I had it mastered by Alan Douches at West West Side Music. I was not expecting it to blow up like it did. I was beyond happy when I was averaging 10 people listening and now the album has 3.5 million all-time streams!! Thank you to everyone who listened for all of the love with this release!!

Now as a gift for all of the love, I released “You Are Dreaming” which is a brand new EP with 4 new songs featuring my grandfather in 1971 on the cover. This is also my first release through Kill Rock Stars (my dream label which released the classic Elliott Smith albums back in the day). Both of my grandparents have been so supportive and kind to me for all of my life so it’s only right that my grandfather is on the cover!! Also, please keep an eye out for a new music video for the title track “You Are Dreaming”coming soon.

In other news, Terrifier 2 has been doing EXTREMELY well!! It was originally supposed to be in theaters for a couple days and now it keeps getting added for more dates and made a whopping 8 million in the box office and (as I’m writing this) an 88% rotten tomato score!! Filming for Terrifier 2 was such a beautiful experience, especially working with an incredibly talented, kind, supportive cast and crew. I just wanted to give a big thank you to Damien Leone for working so hard to bring this movie to life by not only writing and directing, but also doing all of the gory practical effects and even editing the movie!! And of course I have to mention how great it was to act with the talented Lauren LaVera, David Howard Thornton, and everyone else. I definitely made some good memories and friends for life on that set. The movie has been all over the media and here’s a clip of Richard Christy raving about it on the Howard Stern show:

One of my favorite record stores called Vinyl Addiction Records had their 1 year anniversary party this past Saturday and they invited me to play my very first public live show!! It went perfect!! I got to meet a bunch of wonderful people and I even signed a couple of items. I’m feeling very good about my performance as well. Our longtime friend Joe Allocco also played live along with a couple over artists. I cannot wait to play more shows and I’m looking forward to playing the Mercury Lounge in New York!! If you’re interested in seeing me play live at the Mercury Lounge, tickets are HERE

Once again thank you everyone for all of the love and I hope the rest of your day treats you wonderfully!!
