Elliott Fullam of Little Punk People had a conversation with The Three Tremors (featuring Tim “The Ripper Owens” Sean “Hell Destroyer” Peck and Harry “The Tryant” Conklin ) at a hotel in New York City last week to talk about their band and debut record in which they are currently touring in support of.
When asked if he could pick a dead singer to come back to life and join the band as a “Fourth Tremor”, Tim Ripper Owens said that he would conjure up both Ronnie James Dio and Elvis:
“I have two, I would say Ronnie James Dio, without a doubt, And I would pick Elvis as well because I wanna see it, ya know, but Ronnie James Dio would be my number one.”
And when Elliott asked them what they would change about the heavy metal scene if they had to change one thing, Tim responded with:
“I would probably want more people to start buying CD’s again. Ya know, instead of streaming them where you get paid a penny for a million streams. I think that’s a big one, where people can wanna get music again and actually probably go out to the shows again instead of giving excuses why they can’t go out to the shows. I would want people to wanna come out to the shows and get CD’s again.”
The rest of the conversation was filled with Elliott’s questions about things like superpowers, what they think they would be doing in life if they weren’t playing music, and heavy metal in general and the full interview can be seen at the link below:
